Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc. is seeking a Returns Processor (Distribution Associate) to accurately receive, inspect, and process returned products. This role ensures items meet BD standards for safety, accuracy, documentation, and productivity, with a focus on data integrity and efficient restocking.

The position requires working 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with overtime on weekdays and Saturdays. Pay is $17.00/hr, with drug/background checks and a preferred high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in distribution/warehouse.
• Experience with MHE and RF scanning is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and sort returned products per guidelines.
• Document return codes, product details, and dispositions.
• Process returns using RF technology and warehouse systems.
• Package, label, and restock or quarantine items as needed.
• Follow GDP and Lean practices; participate in inventories and safety.
