Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Returns Processor in Texas. The role handles opened and verified returns, scans merchandise, and places freight in proper locations. Training begins at the Arlington facility with migration to the Lone Star facility in Lancaster.

The position requires forklift operation experience, shipping/receiving skills, and strong customer service. Typical hours are first shift, 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with pay at $18.10 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience operating a high reach forklift.
• Shipping and receiving experience.
• Customer service representation.

Responsibilities

• Opens and verifies returned merchandise, scans merchandise, and places freight in proper locations.
• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage product. May require using powered equipment.
• Verify proper item is in the original packaging in preparation for scanning.
• Assure accurate and proper processing of all freight utilizing the scanning system.
• Identify items that require special processing or separation (e.g. hazardous material, store services, research, salvage).
• Ensure that scanned freight reaches the appropriate destination (e.g. slot, destroy, salvage).
• Stack and tape pallets in a safe manner.
• Observe all safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
