Job summary

Werner Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Returns Coordinator/Returns Specialist for Bob’s Discount Furniture in Portsmouth, NH. This on-site, full-time role involves processing merchandise returns, scanning items, printing return labels, and recording defect details.

You will prepare internal logs, track inventory transactions, and support physical inventories while performing labeling, packing, and scanning tasks. A pre-employment physical is required and prior warehouse experience is preferred.

• Minimum age 18 and able to perform the essential functions.
• Must pass a pre-employment physical.
• Experience preferred: 12 months in warehouse environment (including supervisory responsibilities and/or quality assurance, or loss prevention).

Scans returns and prints return labels. Examines and compares merchandise with original requisition to record information such as quantity, type of defect and date on invoice or other forms. Enter return information into the computer. Prepare internal Furniture Return Logs and other forms for all returned goods and track all inventory transactions made through the returns process.
