Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Support role in Colorado to maintain shipping, receiving and inventory documentation. The position involves data entry of inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity, plus routing materials through the correct workflows to support timely processing.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years in warehouse operations. A CSCP certification is preferred; full-time hours apply with competitive benefits and a national salary range.

Responsibilities

• Prepares reports on inventory status and shipment activity for routine review.
• Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity.
• Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts for status and execution clarity.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Actual duties and responsibilities may vary based on business needs, local requirements, and operational practices. Mandatory local laws shall also prevail.
• Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records.
• Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately.
• Routes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing.
• Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review.
• Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy.
• Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.

Education

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

$43,400 - 67,980

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
