Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse support professional in Kentucky to join a dynamic operations team. The role runs Monday through Friday from 5:00am to 3:30pm and focuses on accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory processes to support timely order fulfillment.

You will enter data, maintain records, route materials through workflows, generate routine reports, and respond to inquiries while upholding safety and quality standards across all operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping, or inventory control.
• CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation.
• Enter warehouse data to track movements, orders, and shipments.
• Route materials and orders through workflows to ensure timely processing.
• Prepare reports on inventory status and shipment activity.
• Update stock balances and storage locations for accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities

Actual duties and responsibilities may vary based on business needs, local requirements, and operational practices. Where a team member's role is governed by an employment agreement, local terms and conditions, prior job description or collective bargaining agreement, those documents shall prevail in case of any inconsistency. Mandatory local laws shall also prevail.

• Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records.
• Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately.
• Routes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing.
• Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review.
• Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy.
• Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.

Education

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
