Details

Start date: Immediate (exact date flexible)

Hours: Full‑time (40 hours/week) plus possible OT

Pay Rate: $42 per hour plus potential overtime at time and a half

Location: Remote, but residency requirement in one of the following states: California, Delaware, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Florida or Texas. Remote work outside of these states or outside of the United States is not permitted.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

Relativity searches, research and analyze legal issues, prepare chronologies and timelines, draft legal memoranda and pleadings, compile deposition kits, and provide legal support to the case team.

Qualifications

• JD: Required
• Bar membership: Admitted in any state, must be active and in good standing
• Skills: Strong Relativity skills and proficiency is required
