Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

This position is for individuals who have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween as an Assistant Store Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
2. Assist in overall store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
3. Establish and maintain guest services.
4. Develop staff and control expenses, shrinkage, and inventory.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 18.
• Flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience required.

Physical Demands: The job requires standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
