Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a claims professional responsible for negotiating and monitoring return-to-work processes within disability guidelines, and for determining objective work restrictions for assigned claims.

You will coordinate RTW and accommodation efforts with clients, treatment providers, and claimants, and document all communications per Sedgwick CMS standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three (3) years of related experience including one (1) year of return-to-work or job accommodation experience or three (3) years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Good technical knowledge of claims management procedures.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
