Good Commons LLC in the Vermont hills is seeking a warm, capable Kitchen Assistant to nourish guests during weekend retreats. You’ll follow a set menu for groups of 12–22, prep dinner service, and help with breakfast items while maintaining a calm, welcoming kitchen atmosphere.

Shifts are typically weekends, Thursdays through Saturdays, with most weekends in October. Pay starts at 25 USD/hour with wage based on trainability.

Qualifications

• Comfort following a set menu and working independently.
• Reliability on scheduled weekends.
• Interest in yoga, meditation, or healing arts is a plus.
