Job description

Now hiring a Retread Tire Technician for a manufacturing company in Alliance for 2nd shift, 1pm – 9pm.

Monday – Friday.

Weekly pay ranging between $14 - $17 per hour, depending on experience.

The Retread Tire Technician is responsible for the inspection of tires and grading of tire casings.

Job Duties:

• Remove old tread from tires and apply new tread.
• Operate machinery to buff casings, mold, and rebuild tires.
• Use various tools and equipment to remove paint and rust.
• Place tires into mold to melt uncured rubber.
• Safely stack wheels and tires in designated locations.
• Any other task requested by a supervisor.

Requirements:

• 1 full year of consistent employment.
• Ability to remain on feet for the duration of the shift.

The ideal candidate has great physical dexterity and a great attention to detail.
