Job summary

Heartland Tire Inc is seeking a strong manufacturing leader to guide the plant team. The role focuses on driving daily operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring safe, compliant production.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory management, fostering a positive team culture, and collaborating with senior leaders to align plant processes with company goals. Experience in leadership and manufacturing is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with various levels of management.

• Lead the manufacturing plant team with consistent, effective leadership.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement to increase plant efficiency.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment compliant with environmental regulations.
• Lead daily plant routines and day-to-day leadership.
• Maintain and improve inventory levels and turnover to hit production goals.
• Build work schedules and manage plant workflow.
• Create a positive, team-oriented environment to maintain high engagement and low turnover.
• Collaborate with other company leaders to align plant processes with strategies.
• Provide helpful, friendly, and respectful customer service with a 'We Can Do That' attitude.
• Monitor production procedures and equipment to ensure quality and safety.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ensures all team members maintain a clean and safe working environment compliant with environmental regulations.
• Lead daily plant routines and provide day-to-day leadership to the team.
• Maintain and improve inventory levels and turnover and ensure plant team successfully hits production goals.
• Build work schedules and manage plant workflow.
• Creates a positive team-oriented working environment for all plant employees to maintain high employee engagement and low turnover.
• Works with other company leaders to ensure plant processes align with company strategies.
• Provides helpful, friendly, and respectful customer service to all customers with a We Can Do That attitude.
• Monitor and inspect production procedures and equipment to ensure the highest level of Quality and safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
