Goodyear Commercial Tire & Service Centers is hiring a Retread Maintenance Technician at our CTSC Tire facility. Starting pay is $28.00–$30.00 hourly plus OT and benefits. Work 8-hour shifts with flexible start times; walk-in interviews Monday–Friday 9 AM–2 PM.

The role covers retreading tires for light/medium trucks and buses in a manufacturing environment. Candidates should have electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills, pipe fitting experience, and knowledge of hydraulic and compressor

Qualifications

• 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience or 2-year vocational in industrial maintenance.
• Electrical/electronic troubleshooting experience 24VDC to 500VAC.
• Pipe fitting and compressor/hydraulic experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Operate plant steam, air and hydraulic systems safely.
• Install new equipment.
• Follow safety and liability guidelines.
