Snider Fleet Solutions in the United States seeks a Retread Associate to perform CIA inspection, de-enveloping, painting, curing, and final inspection of tires using Michelin Retread methods. The role requires ability to work in a manufacturing plant with exposure to fumes and noise, and a rotating schedule including nights and weekends.
Education includes a high school diploma or GED. Forklift certification is obtained after employment, and Commercial TIA certification is preferred.

As a Retread Associate, you will be responsible for Initial and CIA Inspection, De‑Enveloping, and the Painting process for revitalizing commercial truck tires while using Michelin Retread methods. As you progress professionally, your roles and responsibilities will increase, as well as training and certification requirements on different posts throughout the retread plant.
