You will leverage AI technologies to boost efficiency while preserving quality. The ideal candidate will have 4–6+ years of professional experience, a strong fashion-forward aesthetic, and expert Adobe and color‑grading

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of professional retouching experience
• Expert-level Photoshop skills with Lightroom, Capture One, Camera Raw and Bridge
• Portfolio showing product/e‑commerce, portrait, lifestyle and editorial retouching
• Advanced color correction, compositing, clipping paths, skin retouching, cleanup

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end retouching workflow from color correction to finishing touches
• Apply brand-consistent retouching across e‑commerce, campaigns, social and PR assets
• Collaborate with photographers and creative teams to scale premium imagery
• Utilize AI tools and automation to improve efficiency without compromising quality
• Maintain file organization, QA processes, and standardized workflows

This candidate will join a fast-paced creative team responsible for elevating visual content across e-commerce, marketing campaigns, social media, PR initiatives, partnerships, and internal communications. The ideal candidate brings a strong fashion-forward aesthetic, expert retouching capabilities, and the technical skills to execute premium imagery at scale. This individual will own the end-to-end retouching process, applying color correction, compositing, skin work, cleanup, and finishing techniques while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. Additionally, the candidate will leverage emerging AI technologies and workflow automation to enhance efficiency without sacrificing creative quality. Skills and Requirements

4–6+ years of professional retouching experience, ideally in-house, agency, or studio environments

Expert-level Photoshop skills with strong proficiency in Lightroom, Capture One, Camera Raw, and Bridge

Portfolio demonstrating product/e-commerce, portrait, lifestyle, and editorial retouching with natural, high-end finishes

Advanced color correction, compositing, clipping paths, skin retouching, and image cleanup expertise

Experience using AI/generative AI tools to improve creative workflows and production efficiency

Strong attention to detail, file organization, version control, and quality assurance processes

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with photographers and creative teams Fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or editorial brand experience

Experience supporting global brands, multi-market campaigns, or high-volume e-commerce production

Strong background in AI integration, CGI, and advanced compositing techniques

Experience with motion/video color correction and cleanup

Familiarity with Figma, Frame.io, DAM systems, and creative asset management platforms

Experience building retouching standards, style guides, or QA workflows

Knowledge of automation tools, scripting, presets, actions, and workflow optimization strategies
