Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Retirement & Wealth Provider Solutions Consultant to join the Insights, Innovation & Operate team. You will analyze market trends, develop differentiated strategies, and deliver client-facing insights across strategy, sales, and operations.

The role supports mentoring teammates and collaborating with the Retirement Services network. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in financial services, with travel 0–50% depending on client work; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in the financial services industry.
• Ability to travel 0-50% on average, based on client needs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and benchmark retirement-provider products to identify market competitiveness and opportunities.
• Develop differentiation strategies to improve products, services, and technology capabilities.
• Conduct market research, prepare white papers, and deliver client training on marketplace trends.
• Support client work across business strategy, sales/marketing, client service, product development, and operations.
• Create and review client deliverables communicating findings and next steps.
• Collaborate with Deloitte's Retirement Services network and mentor colleagues.
