In this role you will be responsible for processing retirement and disability requests from the SERS regional counseling centers. This work involves reviewing various employment and earnings records to gather the necessary information required to compute the best benefit for each of our members. It requires a keen eye for detail and an ability to perform basic mathematic calculations. This is a trainee position, so we will teach you what you need to know. After successful completion of a 12-month training period, you will receive a promotion to Retirement Technician.
