The role involves overseeing the administration of retirement plans, including 401k, pension, and deferred compensation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's
Specialized Degree: Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Years of Experience: 8-11
Minimum Education Level: Master's
Certificates: QKA, QPA, CRPS, or CEBS
Years of Experience: 12-14
Preferred Field of Expertise: Retirement planning
Reports To: Manager, Retirement Services
