Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective clients to assess financial situations and retirement goals.
• Present strategies addressing market risk, fees, and advice gaps.
• Build client relationships, prepare meetings, and follow up with clients.
• Lead group presentations at retirement planning events and company functions.
• Meet production targets and contribute to overall firm revenue goals.
• Prepare client reports and support the onboarding process for new clients.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with operations for client servicing.
• Ensure compliance with fiduciary standards in product and service recommendations.
