Securities registrations – Series 7, 65 & 66 preferred.
Life & Health Insurance Licenses.
Responsibilities
Responsible for 403(b)/457 enrollment, retirement and investment strategies, and participant education.
Conduct one-on-one appointments, recommend and implement investment strategies.
Conduct retirement and investment seminars.
Skills
Strong understanding of the defined contribution marketplace (403(b), 457, and 401(a))
Knowledge of rules/regulations around contribution limits, loans, withdrawals, vesting, and plan documents
Territory management and business development
Relationship building
Fund knowledge and product/pricing knowledge
Education
