Qualifications

• Requires Series 65.
• State life license (can be obtained within 30 days).
• Sales or client-facing experience in financial services.
• Based in or willing to commute to West Springfield, MA.

Responsibilities

• Meets with prospects generated by seminars, referrals, and marketing.
• Runs the full sales cycle from first conversation through planning, implementation, and onboarding.
• Recommends retirement income solutions, primarily fixed index annuities, along with some AUM-based planning.
• Builds long-term client relationships with an education-first approach.
• Works closely with a small, close-knit team during a growth phase.
