Job Overview
Financial Advisor – 2 positions (3–5 years experience and 5–10 years experience). Salary ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 base plus an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Located in Westborough, MA with on‑site and flexible duties, including travel to client meetings.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with senior advisors to support and manage existing client relationships.
- Gradually transition into primary advisor responsibility for assigned accounts.
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning across investments, retirement, estate, tax strategies, and insurance planning.
- Conduct client meetings, portfolio reviews, and ongoing relationship management.
- Provide high‑touch, personalized service aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate internally to ensure seamless client experience.
Business Development (Future Focus)
- Build relationships and contribute to growth over time.
- Leverage referrals, centers of influence, and networking.
- Increase business‑development responsibilities as client ownership grows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Relevant experience in wealth management or financial planning (3–10 years depending on level).
- CFP® designation preferred; required within the first year of employment.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable advice.
- Series 7 & 63 (or 65/66) required.
- Clean U4 record.

- Comfortable inheriting and managing an existing book of business.
