A leading independent broker-dealer is seeking a Financial Professional in Jackson, TN, to enhance existing client relationships. Responsibilities include guiding 403(b)/457 participants on retirement strategies and conducting seminars. Ideal candidates will be registered representatives with experience in defined contribution plans, possess relevant securities registrations, and have strong knowledge of the financial services market. Qualifications
- Registered Representative with experience working defined contribution plans, 403(b), 457, and 401(a) preferred.
- Desire to assist clients meet their financial and retirement goals.
- Ability to conduct retirement and investment seminars.
Responsibilities
- Conduct participant education and advice on retirement strategies.
- Prospect and conduct one-on-one appointments with clients.
- Research client service issues and investment questions.
Skills
Strong understanding of defined contribution marketplace (403(b), 457, and 401(a))
Relationship building
Territory management and business development
Fund knowledge
Knowledge of rules/regulations around contribution limits, loans, withdrawals, vesting
Education
Registered Representative experience
Securities registrations – Series 6 and Series 63, 66 (7 & 66 preferred)
Life & Health Insurance Licenses
