You will coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers to manage Capital Client Group presence, build broker relationships, and drive business results through strategic partnerships.

You excel at delivering motivational presentations and applying a consultative approach to selling through financial intermediaries, aligning client outcomes with firm goals.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge and proven track record in mutual fund and retirement plan sales.
• Ability to leverage technology to create custom analyses.
• Excellent communicator with substantial sales experience in the registered investment advisor space.
• Adept at synthesizing information and presenting it concisely.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives in the Retirement Plan Sales market and coordinate with Wealth Management Wholesalers.
• Manage Capital Client Group (American Funds Distributions) presence and relationships; drive business results with brokerage firm reps.
• Deliver motivational and informative presentations using a consultative selling approach.
• Identify opportunities for better Plan Sponsor and investor outcomes.
