How you will make an impact:

The Retirement Plan Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely reconciliation of 401(k) contributions for multiple client employers participating in our Multiple Employer Plan (MEP). This position demands a solid understanding of payroll systems, retirement plan operations, and regulatory compliance, as the specialist works across a diverse range of industries and employer groups to ensure contributions are properly recorded, discrepancies are resolved efficiently, and all plan requirements are met.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in retirement plan operations, benefits administration, or payroll reconciliation
  • Working knowledge of 401(k) plan compliance and ERISA regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience with payroll systems and retirement plan recordkeeping platforms, (e.g. UKG Ready and Slavic401k)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis/reporting tool s
  • PEO or HR Shared Service experience strongly preferred
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
