Retirement Plan Operations Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist to support our Retirement Planning Services Division. The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, highly organized, detail-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional service to business clients and retirement plan participants.

Primary Responsibilities

Client Service

• Serve as the primary service contact for retirement plan sponsors.
• Coordinate client meetings and annual reviews.

Operations

• Coordinate plan implementation and conversions.
• Monitor payroll contribution processing.
• Work with recordkeepers, TPAs, payroll providers, and custodians.
• Support participant enrollment and education meetings.

Administration

• Track service requests through completion.
• Assist with annual compliance activities.

Relationship Management

• Develop long-term client relationships.
• Support advisors in business development.
• Represent Guidance Advisors professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Retirement plan experience preferred but not required.
