What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and oversee the onboarding process for new retirement plan clients, ensuring accurate setup documentation and data transfers
  • Manage offboarding of terminated plans, coordinating with custodians and advisors for seamless transitions
  • Oversee the processing of investment change requests, ensuring compliance and timely implementation
  • Manage the creation and distribution of enrollment books and participant materials, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for onboarding issues, ensuring timely resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in retirement plan administration, implementation, or operations, preferably in a TPA environment
  • Strong knowledge of 401(k), 403(b), and other qualified plan types
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in retirement plan recordkeeping platforms and CRM/project management tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with document providers (e.g., ftwilliam.com, Relius)
  • Familiarity with data integration and file formats (e.g., payroll files, contribution files)
