Job summary

First Financial Group in Houston is seeking an Investment Coordinator to support employer groups with retirement plan solutions, investment products, and third-party admin services. You will coordinate enrollment, validate documents, and ensure plan compliance while supporting the Investment Director.

You will work alongside the investments team, leveraging FFEnroll and FFInvest, to align client needs with plan guidelines and market transactions.

Qualifications

3–5 years working with retirement plan benefit administration.
3 years of customer service or general business.
Life & Health Insurance License (or be able to obtain in 90 days).
FINRA Series 6 & 63 License (or be able to obtain within 24 months).
Strong customer service skills and a proven track record of handling sensitive client information.

Responsibilities

Liaise with the sales team to facilitate implementation, set-up, and enrollment for FFInvest.
Coordinate with retirement services team at InvesTrust to ensure documents are accurate and compliant.
Process new enrollment and beneficiary forms, ensuring completion and adherence to plan regulations.
Send transmittals to FFInvest accounts and verify deduction files with payroll/benefits contacts.
Resolve client issues with urgency and maintain knowledge of employee benefits and FFEnroll functionalities.
Collaborate with management and senior staff to acquire new business and maintain customer satisfaction.
