Territory

This role covers: NC, SC, TN, GA, AL, MS, FL, TX & LA.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain relationships with Plan Sponsor clients through on-site visits to enhance plan success and promote the plan to employees.
  2. Coordinate, promote, and present employee education and enrollment meetings to maximize participation and contributions.
  3. Increase plan participation, contribution rates, and asset transfers while building awareness among plan participants.
  4. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop tailored presentations that meet client needs and align with plan design.
  5. Present the value of the EQH Holistic platform at sales meetings with advisors and prospects, including presentations to owners, officers, or board members.
Compensation and Benefits

The base salary is $80,000, with eligibility for variable compensation. Equitable offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), and paid time off. For details, refer to the Equitable Total Rewards Program.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with Retirement Plans and Financial Advisors.
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 within 180 days.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proven success in delivering concise, persuasive retirement presentations.
  • Strong communication skills to engage Plan Sponsors and promote the EQH platform.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits, non-qualified plans, and recordkeeping systems.
  • Ability to manage territory efficiently, including travel.
  • Extensive knowledge of qualified retirement plans, industry trends, and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
