  • Prepare, organize, and upload key plan materials, including meeting minutes, Fiduciary Investment Reviews (FIRs), recordkeeper reviews, compliance materials, and other documentation that supports effective plan management and client communication.
  • Assist with new client and plan onboarding, coordinating with internal teams and the Pension Resource Center (PRC) to support billing and implementation processes.
  • Support Relationship Managers with compliance updates, regulatory changes, requests for proposals (RFPs), plan transitions, and other client initiatives, including preparing presentations and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with the ongoing oversight and maintenance of 3(38) investment lineups, including semi-annual updates, batch reporting, and coordination of related plan communications and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers and other members of the Retirement Planning team to review plans, identify priorities, address issues, and support the execution of client strategies.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance participant education resources, including Venrollment videos and other materials, ensuring content remains accurate as plan provisions and strategies evolve.
  • Develop a strong understanding of retirement plan operations, fiduciary responsibilities, industry practices, and the factors that contribute to successful plan outcomes.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce, RPAG, Adobe, and OneDrive is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow projects through to completion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with plan sponsors, participants, and internal team members.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn, with an interest in developing expertise in retirement plan management, fiduciary principles, and client relationships.
