Job summary

Empower Retirement is seeking a Retirement Plan Advisor to help participants in Milwaukee area achieve retirement readiness through group and individual presentations for defined contribution Government 457 plans. You will use data-driven insights to guide conversations and meet service levels while supporting the Relationship Management team.

Based in Milwaukee and able to meet participants in person as needed, you will develop strategic partnerships, coordinate meetings and travel, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years financial services experience.
• Strong presentation skills required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Strategic thinker who can work independently.
• Strong relationship building and territory management.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, 65 registrations within timeline; fingerprinting on hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews and group presentations.
• Develop partnerships with key stakeholders in each location.
• Conduct virtual and on-site meetings using various technologies.
• Manage meeting schedules and travel arrangements.
• Create and execute business plans to drive retirement income objectives.
• Document interactions in Salesforce to comply with guidelines.
• Achieve plan and individual goals to meet SLAs and business results.
• Participate in client meetings and external events as needed.
• Collaborate across internal teams to improve effectiveness.
