Job summary

A financial services company in New Jersey is seeking an experienced individual for ERISA Plan Administration. Responsibilities include reviewing employee eligibility, conducting calculations, and preparing government filings. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of plan design and IRS regulations, and excellent communication skills. Opportunities for hybrid and remote work are available for highly qualified individuals.

Qualifications

• Experience in ERISA Plan Administration is required.
• Ability to conduct ADP/ACP calculations.
• Experience in preparing Government Filings.
• QKA / QPA, ASPPA/NIPA designations preferred; employer supports education.

Responsibilities

• Review employee census for eligibility determination.
• Conduct asset reconciliation and Annual Valuation preparation.
• Interact directly with clients.
• Perform asset reconciliation and annual valuation preparation.
• Prepare government filings (Form 5500 series, 8955-SSA, 5330).
• Interact directly with clients and respond to inquiries.
• Calculate vesting schedules; review loans, distributions, and RMDs.
• Work with Relius, Pension Pro, Office 365 and Adobe Professional.

Are you looking for new and exciting opportunities with room for advancement?

Altigro is growing and looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our team. You will be responsible for all aspects of ERISA Plan Administration including but not limited to:

• Review of employee census for eligibility determination
• Allocating contributions (Employer Match Safe Harbor, New Comparability, Integrated, Pro-Rata and non-discrimination testing)
• Conducting ADP/ACP calculations, testing and correction/refund processes
• Perform asset reconciliation and Annual Valuation preparation
• Preparation of Government Filings, including Form 5500, 5500-SF, 5500-EZ, 8955-SSA 5330
• Interacting directly with clients
• Calculation of Vesting schedules
• Review and processing loans, distributions and required minimum distributions (RMDs)
• Working with software including Relius, Pension Pro, Office 365 and Adobe Professional
• What is expected of you to be considered for this position
