OneDigital Investment Advisors LLC is seeking a Benefits Administrator in El Paso, TX to manage enrollments, changes, and terminations across client benefit plans. The role requires meticulous work, ownership of tasks, and strong service orientation to clients, vendors, agents, and payroll systems.
You will support open enrollment, communicate plan provisions, maintain HRIS deductions, and collaborate with Payroll.

Responsibilities include handling enrollments, changes, and benefit terminations accurately with clients, vendors, agents, and within our payroll system. The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, and takes ownership of their work. The position provides ongoing day-to-day service and support for benefit program administration, promptly resolving issues and ensuring client and employee satisfaction.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or other business-related field required Minimum of 2 years benefits administration experience required, large multi-plan employer or agency experience preferred; PEO experience a plus Active Life & Health license or the ability to obtain a license within 180 days of employment.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
