Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Retirement 401(k) onboarding implementations.
• Experience with compliance/recordkeeping systems is a plus.
• PMP or similar project management certifications are desirable.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance onboarding experience.
• Act as primary internal client advocate representing plan sponsors.
