Job summary

Vestwell is looking for an experienced Implementations Manager to act as the liaison for Plan Sponsors and Financial Advisors. This role involves managing projects, enhancing onboarding experiences, and providing expertise in plan design during the transition to Vestwell's platform.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years in Retirement 401(k) onboarding, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Retirement 401(k) onboarding implementations.
• Experience in project management and leading team initiatives.
• Willingness to learn retirement plan design and conversion processes.

Responsibilities

• Primary internal client advocate for plan sponsors and advisors.
• Manage onboarding process from sales to successful transition.
• Communicate project status to external and internal stakeholders.
