The role emphasizes licensing readiness (SIE, Series 6, Series 63) and a Wisconsin Life Insurance license, with 1–2 years in client-facing financial services. Strong communication and empathy are essential for success.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in customer service, financial services, banking, insurance, sales, or a related client-facing environment.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Licensing requirements include FINRA SIE, Series 6, Series 63, and a Wisconsin Life Insurance License.

Responsibilities

Respond to client questions regarding IRAs, 403(b) plans, investment allocations, distributions, transfers, and related products.
Guide clients through retirement planning, wealth transfers, beneficiary claims, and sensitive financial situations with professionalism.
Process asset transfers, exchanges, distributions, and account updates while adhering to IRS requirements and plan guidelines.
Meet with clients virtually and in person to discuss retirement savings, investments, and distributions.
Partner with service, advisory, and field consulting teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Contribute to special projects, regulatory initiatives, and process improvements.
