Collaborating across Editorial, Digital, Video and Social teams, you’ll use performance insights to refine education and connections with retirement audiences, while advancing strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop retirement thought leadership and insights to strengthen the Retirement Insights brand.
• Project-manage end-to-end development of retirement content with the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to execute projects from concept to launch.
• Leverage AI/LLM tools to streamline content creation and personalization, with compliance.
• Own quarterly metrics reporting to measure performance and inform strategy.
• Coordinate internal and external promotion with cross-channel teams.
• Maintain content accuracy and currency across materials (Target Date Compass quadrant and Smart Retirement Comms).
• Identify opportunities for digital, print, and video content based on priorities and data.
