Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Retirement Insights Associate within Asset & Wealth Management Marketing. You will develop retirement thought leadership, translate complex topics for clients and partners, and collaborate across Editorial, Digital, Video, Social, and other teams to deliver programs.

You will own content initiatives end-to-end, use performance insights to refine education strategies for retirement audiences, and apply AI tools to streamline production while ensuring compliance.

• Leverage AI/LLM tools to streamline content creation and personalization.
• Own quarterly metrics reporting and analysis to measure content performance.
• Coordinate internal and external promotion with the cross-channel team.
• Maintain content accuracy and accessibility; manage updates as needed.
• Identify opportunities for digital, print, and video content based on strategy and data.
