Job summary

BCInsourcing LLC is seeking a Financial Wellness Coordinator for The University of Kansas Health System in Kansas City, KS. This hybrid role supports retirement and financial wellness programs, engages employees, and partners with HR and benefits carriers to deliver services.

The successful candidate will have 2–3 years of retirement plan experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent presentation and communication abilities to educate employees and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or related work experience.
• 2-3 years of retirement plan products experience.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication; group presentation ability.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven ability to multi-task and work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Acts as retirement-plan expert to clients and employees; supports HR and carriers.
• Develops understanding of client financial wellness and retirement plans (401a, 457b, 529, HSA, FSA).
• Creates approachable environments to educate employees about wellness and retirement offerings, delivering presentations.
• Performs retirement and wellness-related services: data auditing/reports, distributions support, deferrals, matches, billing, special projects.
• Regular attendance is required; hours may vary, including evenings/weekends during peak periods.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
