Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a retirement consultant in Irvine, CA to manage advisory and plan services for an assigned book of business. You will build relationships with plan sponsors, deliver client services, and lead reviews and wellness seminars, in person or virtually.

The role requires Series 65, a Bachelor's degree, and 3–5 years of advisory experience. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce/Redtail) and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

  • Series 65 license required; if not held, must obtain within 90 days of employment.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 3–5 years of advisory and client management experience preferred.
  • CPFA, AIF, QKA, CFP, and CFA preferred.
  • Broad background in retirement products and general investment matters.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, RPAG, Redtail, and Salesforce.
