Responsibilities

• Answer general client service hotline calls and emails.
• Send internal reports to clients.
• Assist with account closing process and post-close follow-up.
• Research and respond to client issues (password resets, SRC access, etc.).
• Meet or exceed service level standards.
• Manage multiple tasks with high productivity and quality.
• Escalate client issues to internal teams with clear communication.
• Present a professional Schwab image in all communications.
• Collaborate with internal partners to provide timely information.
• Provide phone line coverage on 877-319-2782 when needed.
• Support Dedicated Client Service Team on complex cases.
