Job summary

The Alaska Department of Administration, Division of Retirement and Benefits, is seeking a Specialist I in Juneau to assist members with retirement and health benefits inquiries by phone, email, and in person. You will provide responses to routine and complex questions, determine eligibility, and prepare forms as part of member services.
