Bayer seeks a Human Resources Foundations Advisor, Retirement Benefits, to oversee administration of Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit retirement plans. The role supports compliance, data integrity, and participant servicing, partnering with recordkeepers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have deep retirement plan knowledge, analytical skills, and a customer-focused approach, with an emphasis on accurate data, governance, and communications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of U.S. Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit plan administration.
• Ability to interpret plan documents and explain provisions clearly.
• Experience with retirement vendors, actuaries, payroll, and auditors.

Responsabilités

• Administer Defined Contribution plans, enrollments, deferrals, and distributions.
• Administer Defined Benefit pension plans and calculate benefits.
• Coordinate with actuaries, payroll, and auditors; support audits and governance.
