Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled Actuary designation preferred or actively pursuing Enrolled Actuary credential.
• FSA or ASA designation achieved or actively pursuing FSA/ASA.
• Minimum of five years actuarial experience, with substantial DB pension experience.
• Experience with retiree medical benefit plans.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide actuarial advice and services for retirement benefit programs for employees and advisors.
• Prepare, review and explain valuation results, funded status, expense projections, sensitivity tests and other metrics.
• Present materials to senior management, finance leadership, pension committees and auditors.
• Assist with plan design, risk management, funded status monitoring, cash flow projections and experience analysis.
