Job summary

Great Gray Group in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Advisor Service Associate for our Customer Support team. You will be the primary contact for retirement plan advisor clients, deliver best-in-class service, onboard new advisors, and demonstrate our Advisor Portal features both virtually and on-site.

The role emphasizes strong communication, relationship-building across vendors and internal teams, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering accurate fee and investment reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for retirement plan advisor clients, delivering best-in-class service.
• Onboard new advisors and lead onboarding activities for client implementations.
• Demonstrate features and value-add of the Advisor Portal both virtually and in-person.
• Engage with clients and vendors to support ongoing client relationships and issue resolution.
• Prepare and analyze fee and investment reports, interpreting findings for clients.
