Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist to join a multi-specialty retina practice in Northern California. You will diagnose and manage retina diseases, perform specialized surgeries, and collaborate with a broader care team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in ophthalmology.
• Fellowship training in vitreoretinal diseases and surgery highly recommended.
• Excellent surgical and diagnostic skills with complex case management.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Experience in clinical research and retina specialty advancement.
• Valid, unrestricted medical license in the state.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage diseases of the retina, macula, and vitreous.
• Perform specialized retina surgeries for conditions like RD and AMD.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients on disease management, prevention, and lifestyle changes.
• Participate in clinical research and contribute to retinal advancement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retina treatments and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient care standards.
