Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist to join a multi-specialty retina practice in Northern California. The physician will diagnose, manage, and treat retinal diseases, performing advanced surgeries and contributing to clinical research.

Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in ophthalmology.
• Fellowship training in vitreoretinal diseases and surgery recommended.
• CA medical license active/unrestricted.
• Experienced physicians and new grads welcome to apply.
• Excellent surgical and diagnostic skills with ability to handle complex cases.
• Clinical research experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage diseases of the retina, macula, and vitreous.
• Perform specialized retinal surgeries (e.g., detachments, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care plans.
• Provide patient education on disease management and lifestyle changes.
• Participate in clinical research and retina publications/presentations.
• Stay updated on retina care advancements and technologies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high patient satisfaction.
