Position Overview

We have high expectations of you, and you should have high expectations of us. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, motivated, and compassionate Board‑Certified Fellowship Trained Vitreo‑Retinal Surgeon. You will hit the ground running, but not on your own. You will be supported by a seasoned and innovative management team and seasoned retina specialists with fellowship training at Wills, Iowa, Wilmer, Michigan and USC. We have a full‑scale executive leadership team consisting of a CEO, CFO, COO, VP of HR, VP or Org Dev & Comm, VP of Operations and VP of Clinical.

If you possess unwavering integrity, a collegial spirit, and an aspiration to deliver top‑tier patient care, while also contributing to our referral network, you will find this role fulfilling.
