Job summary

The Eye & Laser Center in Lancaster, South Carolina is seeking a Retina Specialist to provide comprehensive medical and surgical retina care for our regional patients. You will perform intravitreal injections, retinal laser procedures, and office-based retinal surgeries as part of an established retina team with a strong referral network.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency.
• Fellowship training in Vitreoretinal Surgery/Medical Retina.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Ophthalmology.
• Current or eligible South Carolina medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical retina care including injections and laser procedures.
• Perform preoperative/postoperative retina care and durable treatment plans.
• Collaborate with referring ophthalmologists and optometrists.
• Engage in office-based retina procedures and potential surgical cases.
