Qualifications

• Ability to obtain unrestricted federal DEA license.
• Ability to obtain WA state medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative and surgical retina care as a fellowship-trained ophthalmologist.
• Join Capitol Hill Medical Center in Seattle as part of a multidisciplinary ophthalmology team.
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care within Kaiser Permanente Washington Permanente Medical Group.
