Qualifications

• Medical Degree MD/DO required.
• BC/BE Ophthalmology required.
• BC/BE Vitreo-retinal Fellowship required.
• Ability to obtain: Unrestricted Federal DEA.
• Ability to obtain: WA State Medical License.
